We are extremely happy with our new home built by Keith Construction. This is our second build and we were expecting some hiccups as we experienced previously with a different builder, but we were so pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the process went. As experienced builders they took the time to understand our needs and wants and helped us maximize our budget. We truly felt a partnership with the entire team from the budget, to design, to completion. The team was transparent, provided options, and led us through the process efficiently while accommodating any changes we came up with. They readily responded to our questions and provided updates regularly through the builders app with notes, photos, and invoices. There was constant communication back and forth so nothing was overlooked. The trades that worked on our home were excellent and you could see the mutual respect between them and Keith Construction.  Their work is impeccable and our home has exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t have been happier with our experience working with the crew at Keith Construction. They definitely exceeded my expectations on all aspects of the construction project. From the design, timelines and budgeting, they were on target for everything we wanted.  I was blown away with their precision and attentiveness. I’ve done numerous large renovations and restoration on older homes in the east, however never built from ground up. My previous experience have all had challenges and overruns, so I came into this one with some skepticism but Chris made me confident that they could and would deliver!  Jack listened to my design dreams and executed them exactly as I’d wanted. Tom had so much experience that I immediately felt comfortable trusting him to make many decisions on my behalf. Jessica was always there to answer any concerns I had, so I felt she was my advocate. Bryce always checked in on us to ensure we were satisfied every step of the way. Had the pleasure of working with the Keith Construction team on a custom home in Coldstream. From start to finish, their site was one of the cleanest and most organized we’ve seen. The crew was professional, easy to coordinate with, and clearly takes pride in what they build. You can tell this is a team that’s been doing it right for a long time. We built our retirement home in 2025 at Adventure Bay. After looking at lots and interviewing approved builders, we decided on Keith Construction after seeing the quality of the finished homes they built in the area. The whole process from start to finish was professional, smooth, on time and on budget. If any of you have built a home before you know how stressful it can be. Keith takes all the stress out of the equation making the whole process  a pleasant and memorable experience. Chris the Chief Estimator found our dream lot and listened to our wish list, coming up with a budget and healthy allowances that were bang on. Jack put our house design and ideas on paper. He was so patient and understanding, always willing to change things even when we went full circle a couple of times and ended up where we started. Renee the project coordinator helped immeasurably with selections and updating the software program Keith uses called “Buildertrend” This App keeps you updated with costs, scheduling and even pictures of every stage during construction. Doug the Senior Project manager was awesome as he kept on top of all the trades and made sure everything was on time and budget & always offered ideas & supplied input. The trades Keith uses are excellent and after talking to most of them on site, they enjoy working for them and it shows in the finished product. All the members of the team helped make this project as stress free as possible and are outstanding in their own ways because of all their experience. We highly recommend Keith Construction if you are thinking of building here in the Okanagan. Every person that we talked to agrees, they are the best! Thank you Keith Construction!! Keith Construction built our Adventure Bay home in Vernon and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From a rough concept to a beautifully finished home, the entire process was smooth and professional. Their sales proces, project management, coordination, and quality control were excellent. They were open to making thoughtful changes during construction that improved the final result. Communication was always clear and responsive, and the home was completed on time. Great company, great homes! I want to express our appreciation for the team at Keith's Construction and especially our project manager Tom S. and his work on our Lumby home. It actually started with Chris N. and all the preparation he did to get us off to a great start, ensuring almost all of our selections and design details had already been solidified prior to breaking ground.  This also ensured we had a solid budget and knew what to expect during each phase of the project.  So a big shout out to Chris for his attention to detail, planning and organization. This definitely started our project off on the right foot and eliminated any potential worries we had as this was our first  custom home build. Living on the coast and building in Lumby could have been stressful for us if not for Keith's/Tom's project management skills.  Even though we met mostly on line at first he ensured we were kept well appraised of what was going on and stayed in regular communication be it email, text or phone call if more pressing matters arose.  Tom was also very good at follow up and ensuring we were all on the same page and had the same vision/direction. When Penny and I visited Lumby during the build process Tom ensured he made time to walk through the project with us and never made us feel rushed or that the little details didn't matter - he wanted the home to be exactly how we envisioned it.  Tom was also very good to work through the "hiccups" and correct the issue or offer an alternative solution. Lastly, when you don't know, you don't know, and Tom was honest and didn't offer up any guesses, instead he chased down the answers or put us in touch with those who could.  I especially appreciated the honesty and it demonstrated integrity - these values are immeasurable. It was a great experience building our dream home with Keith's Construction Ltd. and I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to build or undertake a renovation. I believe we shared a great review of Keith Construction 5 years ago when our home was first completed.  Since that time we have had an ongoing issue with a flooring manufacturer that would not warranty the cupping laminate installed in the lower level.  the floors need to be replaced so Bryce and Mike at Keith Construction were excellent at coming to the table to help with absorbing the cost and managing the job. we can not say enough good things about Keith construction and welcome anyones questions if they have any doubts about hiring Keith Construction for their build project. We have found them to be very thorough, and competent to complete all work to a very high standard.  communication has always been excellent and everything always very well organized. I talked to several contractors, for the kitchen renovation, the general response was that the project was too small for them to consider.  Bryce from Keith Construction, not only called back, he did a site visit, provided options and guidance before presenting a quote. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Keith from project manager Tom Saliken, the construction crew and sub-contractors. They were friendly, professional and very respectful. When we needed to get in and out, they always stopped and cleared a path for mom, as she uses a walker and is on oxygen. It was a little hectic as they worked around us but in four weeks, from tear out to painting is done, we had a new kitchen. Where to start? I can't say enough good things about everyone at Keith and how great they were to work with on our garage. From their patience throughout the planning stage, to estimating the project, throughout the entire building process and the final attention to detail it was an absolute pleasure to have them on this project. My wife and I both work from home and there wasn't a day that if one of us found ourselves in the driveway that who ever was working onsite wouldn't stop and say hello to each of us by name or take a moment to talk about the work they were so proud to be doing. We are so happy with our garage and the way it fits so perfectly with the style of our house. We would highly recommend Keith Construction to anyone looking to build their dream home, garage or any project—I know we'll be calling them again when the time arises.
